These terms apply to all purchases made on evourbeds.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders & Contracts
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues (you will be fully refunded).
3. Product Descriptions
- Fabrics: We try our best to display colours accurately. However, screens vary. We highly recommend ordering our Free Fabric Swatches before buying to ensure the colour matches your decor.
- Dimensions: All our beds are handmade; please allow a tolerance of +/- 2cm on all sizes.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item is dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard Returns Policy applies.
5. Liability
Evour is not liable for any indirect losses (e.g., loss of earnings/time) resulting from a delayed delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
