The Evour 24 Months Craftsmanship Guarantee.
We stand behind the quality of our British workmanship. Because we build our beds using solid timber and premium fabrics, we guarantee them against structural defects for 24 months from the date of delivery.
What is Covered
- The Frame: Cracks, breakage, or structural failure of the timber frame.
- The Mechanism: Failure of Ottoman gas-lift pistons or hinges.
- Stitching: Any loose stitching or upholstery faults present upon arrival.
What is Not Covered
- General wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading over time).
- Damage caused by improper assembly or misuse (e.g., jumping on the bed).
- Accidental damage (spills, rips, or burns).
How to Claim
Simply email inquiries@evourbeds.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. Our technical team will resolve it by offering a repair, replacement part, or full replacement.
