Bed frames and mattresses are sold separately so you can choose the perfect comfort level. However, we offer “Bundle Deals” if you buy both together — check our Mattresses page.

Our Ottoman beds offer approximately 25–30cm of internal storage depth (depending on the model). This is roughly 4x the storage of a standard drawer divan — perfect for suitcases, duvets, and shoe boxes.

Yes, for ease of access. Most beds come in 3–4 packages: the Headboard, the Footboard, and the Side Rails/Base packs.

We design them to be simple. You will need a screwdriver and about 30–45 minutes. We recommend two people for the build. Instructions are included in the pack.

Our couriers will contact you in advance to book a slot. If you miss this confirmed slot, a re-delivery charge may apply.

No — we do not take away old beds or mattresses, so please arrange their removal yourself before your delivery.

You have 30 days to return a bed frame if it is unused and in original packaging. Custom/Bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty. Mattresses cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. See our Returns Policy.
