Returns Policy
30-Day Peace of Mind Returns.
We want you to love your new Evour bed. However, if you change your mind, we are here to help.
1. The 30-Day Window
You can return any unused bed frame or furniture item within 30 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Return
- Items must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
- Mattresses: For hygiene reasons, once a mattress packaging has been opened/unsealed, it cannot be returned unless faulty. This is standard UK law to protect public health.
3. Return Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will replace or collect the item free of charge.
- Change of Mind: If you simply decide the bed isn't for you, you are responsible for the return cost. We can arrange a collection for a fee of £80 (deducted from your refund), or you can arrange your own courier.
4. Bespoke Items
Items made to specific, non-standard custom dimensions at your request are non-returnable unless faulty.
