At Evour, we don't pull dusty boxes off a shelf. Your bed is handcrafted specifically for you upon order. Because quality takes time, our delivery process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and worth the short wait.
Our Delivery Promise
- Standard Delivery: FREE to most UK Mainland addresses.
- Lead Time: Since every item is handmade, please allow 5–10 working days for manufacturing and delivery.
- The Process: Once your bed is ready, our courier partners will contact you 24–48 hours in advance to book a suitable delivery slot.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all UK Mainland addresses. (Note: For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands, a surcharge may apply. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.)
On the Day
- Doorstep Service: Our standard free delivery is to the ground floor doorstep or hallway.
- Access Check: Please ensure your hallway and doorframes are wide enough for your item. If the item does not fit, a return fee may apply.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not home for your confirmed slot, a re-delivery fee of £80 may be charged by the courier.
- Old Beds & Mattresses: We do not take away old beds or mattresses — please arrange their removal yourself.
Assembly Service
Prefer us to do the heavy lifting? Choose Delivery with assembly at checkout for £60 and our team will assemble your bed in the room of your choice.
